The material we use is called cellulose acetate. It is the only "natural plastic" available. Cellulose acetate offers countless opportunities regarding production and creativity because of its glossy and shining surface and colourful combinations. We are laminating most of the colours by ourselves, so you will not find the same material elsewhere in the industry. Producing a cellulose acetate frame is a complex work. Countless steps and around 12 weeks of work are required until out of a sheet of acetate it becomes a finished pair of glasses.
